The Tal Set is a reproduction of the famous chess set used in Soviet chess Championships in the 1960’s.
This chess set has been a fruit of hard work done by our best artisans over 2 and a half months after we were given this design as a project by a chess piece collector
Tal set is a collectors’ edition and a dream chess set for your chess collection or professional play. Serious chess players and collectors can recognize this set from the book – The Life and Games of Mikhail Tal.
The chess pieces have a very unique profiling with very broad and chunky bases, which greatly increase the stability during play.

We provide a 3 year manufacturing warranty for chess pieces against manufacturing defects or cracking and a 6 month warranty against cracking for chess boards, boxes and travel chess sets.
